The RUMORS are TRUE, if you have heard anything. Chef Andy Howery is back in the same kitchen with Chef Matt Martin. Can you imagine the fun and exciting culinary delights to spring out of Pauli's and Vinotini once these two INCREDIBLE CHEF"S put their minds back together.
Chef Matt Martin was voted "Best Chef" in the 2008 ValleyPlanet Reader's Poll. Guess who comes in second place, that's right Chef Andy Howery. So, Pauli's and Vinotini now have the two "Best Chef's in North Alabama" according to the only readers poll in the area.
