The Best Honey Baked Hams: Apple Lane Farms...

applelogo3  It's Like Coming Home...Apple Lane Farms...

Apple Lane Farms was built on the principles of hard work, and founder Donnie Lane’s desire to instill in his children, the same positive work ethic he had received while growing up on his father’s farm. Lane and his wife first opened the doors to the original Apple Lane Farms store in mid-December 1997, selling 600 hams that first year.

Today, Apple lane Farms has expanded to three locations in Decatur, Madison and Huntsville, Alabama, serving up their spiral-sliced, honey glazed hams and turkeys and homemade pies and banana pudding to local customers. Additionally, Apple Lane Farms added catering services to the menu, providing company box lunches, party trays and buffet-style sandwich trays to area businesses and customers in Decatur, Madison, Huntsville and other local areas in North Alabama. Additionally, the buzz about Apple Lane Farms has grown nationally, and the company now ships their honey glazed hams and turkeys, as well as their gourmet Applelicious apples to customers throughout the U.S.

For founder Donnie Lane, Apple Lane Farms has become more of a success than he could have ever imagined. Not only has the company gained a strong local and national reputation, the restaurant is still a family-focused business.

I've been enjoying Apple Lane Farms, Honey-Baked Hams, now for about 7 yrs. and I have to say that other national brands don't even compare. My favorite indulgence here though is their Washington State Red Delicious Apples dipped in white chocolate, absolutely heaven!

Please call Apple Lane Farms for all of your catering, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners....
Note: I would like to say thank you to Dayna Blankenship and Sheryl Gonzales for contributing to this blog.

Hrmm. This reads more like an advertisement than a review. I know lots of folks who love this place, but the review seems like a plug for their catering.. which I'd recommend many other places before them.. but to stop by and eat.. those sandwiches are tough to beat in that area!
